  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEOND TRADING AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE SERVICES; OR (D) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES.
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
